Function and mode of operation:

Install the loading device approx. 1,000 mm after the sealing work table in the sliding direction.

Push the order picking trolley onto the loading device and actuate the foot valve. The loading device moves up pneumatically and lifts the order trolley. The split rollers on the set-up surface of the loading device then protrude over the set-up bars of the order trolley by approx. 10 mm.

Then the windows are rolled over piece by piece. After each window has been rolled over, the loading device together with the order picking trolley is moved by the thickness of the rolled window so that the next window can be rolled up flush again.

When the commission trolley is loaded, the loading device is lowered again via the foot valve.

The windows are now on the commission trolley, and the commission trolley can be pushed off the loading device.

To ensure that small windows can also be easily pushed from the sealing worktable to the loading device, the gap of approx. 1,000 mm should be closed with a lowerable roller conveyor without contact part.
