The ideal workstation for heavy elements that are machined horizontally or vertically on the inside and outside. For turning from the inside to the outside, the element is tilted from horizontal to vertical position 83°, positioned at the pneumatic clamping units and clamped.

The roller conveyor with the clamped element is pulled out, rotated 180° and then pushed back to the starting position. The clamps are released and the element is positioned on the support bars.

• Tilting table with pneumatic tilting device.
• Load capacity 150 kg
• 2 manually height-adjustable 1,200 mm long support bars
  (optionally covered with felt, brush or rubber strips)
• In the area of the roller conveyor there are 2 support plates which can be swung off in horizontal position
• Vertical turning device consisting of a roller conveyor with 180° turning device, on the left and on the right a stable telescopic guide each
• Clamping unit consists of 2 pairs of horizontally arranged clamping cylinders in the area of the roller conveyor
• At the side a pneumatic clamping unit adjustable in height for element thicknesses of 50 - 120 mm
