Mode of operation:

Horizontally positioned sashes are brought into a vertical position via the tilting device. In this position, the carriage is free to move and allows the sash and frame to be brought together (also in a vertical position).

By means of adjustment possibilities in inclination and height, the hinge parts of sash and frame can be brought exactly into position in relation to each other.

After connecting the frame and sash, the sash is released from the device by lowering the lifting device.

• The hanging of the door leaf can be easily carried out by one person
• With the help of this device, the door leaves can be taken over from trolleys or roller conveyors or can also be placed there for buffering purposes

• In horizontal position, the fold-down roller track allows free access during processing also at the element bottom side

• Support surface consisting of 3 support spars with rubber padding.
• The upper bar can be extended from 1,900 mm to 3,000 mm above the roller conveyor and is equipped with a fold-down guide and holding rail for installation depths of up to 140 mm.
• Pneumatic tilting device with locking in vertical end position. The air connection can thus be disconnected and the carriage becomes mobile for hanging the sash
• Inclination adjustment of the roller track as a hooking aid
• For hanging the sash in a vertical frame: Lifting device 240 mm electrically with battery operation or 275 mm hydraulically via foot pump.
