The RU-TE suspension station with two contact surfaces is movable in longitudinal direction and can be fixed at any position via a foot brake.

The length of the track is adjusted according to the customer's needs and is firmly mounted on the floor in front of the press or the tilting table.

The total height of the station in the standard version is 3,500 mm (with the lift extended) or is designed for doors up to 2,300 mm high. The electronic lifting device has a stroke of 250 mm. It allows the operator to easily position the door panel hinge above or even between the counterpart on the door frame.

The two contact surfaces consist of a total of 4 felt-covered support bars, each 1,400 mm wide.

The lower roller conveyors are equipped with plastic rollers ø 50mm, center distance 150 mm.

The door is secured from above by an adjustable holding device during assembly. It can still be adjusted in inclination to compensate for unevenness of the hall floor.
