The RU HKS 83/90° has a tilting device which enables the machine to tilt from 83° to 90° to ease the door installation.

The machine has also a packaging device to screw boards to the sides of the door frames. The press arms can be tilted off to provide an access from both sides. The simultaneous movement of the press arms is guaranteed trough a gear rack

Pressure is adjustable.  Clamping width between 300 – 3,000 mm, press arm height 2,400 mm.

The platform has also a hoisting device hoist 200 mm to find the correct position to move the door into/under the hinges.

The packaging device is consisting of two pneumatic cylinders on each press arm. The following steps show how the packaging works:

• The worker has to open the press, then the cylinders lift the frame off the contact surface
• Two boards will be placed between the  two clamping arms and the door, so the door is positioned in the mid of the board
• Afterwards  the press has to be activated and the boards can  be screwed on  the door frame through holes in the press arm
