The RU-FSPB-AR sash clamp press has a contact part made of brush plates and is equipped with 2 pneumatically folding tensioning beams with thrust pieces. The clamping beams fold pneumatically from behind through the slots of the brush plates and clamp the sash from the outside. The clamping range is max. 2,400 mm. If the sashes are smaller than 1,200 mm, a third clamping beam can also be positioned pneumatically. This allows 2 sashes to be clamped at the same time.

The carrying rollers are made of steel, roller length 200 mm, roller pitch 100 mm. There are 2 rubber roller strips mounted above the idlers. The clearance from the idlers to the first rubber roller bar is 40 mm. Each clamping beam has 11 pressure pieces, each 120 mm long. The lowest pressure piece on the clamping beam is mounted 110 mm above the idlers.

The thrust pieces on the middle clamping beam are 60 mm wide, thus providing space for the corner bearings of 2 sashes. The beam on which the roller device is mounted is guided at the top and bottom on a linear guide and can be moved manually. The pressing device is guided on a linear guide and kept in balance by a balancer during the upward and downward movement.

The glass pane is pressed pneumatically in horizontal and vertical direction by a 90° rotatable rubber roller (can be moved manually). The contact pressure is adjustable on the manometer. Optionally, the press can be equipped with a lifting device 500 mm.
