The space required for profile storage and assembly is significantly reduced. Due to the surface treatment on the individual part, the screwing of the closing parts, corner and stay bearings, rain rails can already be carried out before the assembly of the frames on the loose bar.

Advantages for sash assembly:

• The main advantage of the sash is the milled glazing bead.
• This eliminates the need for complete glazing bead production.
• The screwed corner connection makes it possible to insert and screw the profiles onto the glass pane.
• The fixing of the pane is also done by blocking bridges which are glued on beforehand when removing from the hanging track
• Fixing is done by means of a set screw.
• With a daily production of 30 - 40 sashes, the entire sash assembly can be done at one workstation.
