The roll-in device for seals allows you to significantly reduce production times in the area of seal assembly! The roll-in speed is 50 cm per second. Depending on the profile type and length of the individual pieces, this results in a production time (including loading and unloading of the profiles) of 15 to 30 seconds per running metre of profile.

All standard profiles can be processed without major conversion work. All that is required is to adjust the profile thickness using a hand wheel and the profile width by replacing the guide rollers. If the dimensions or position of the seal also change, the seal feed device must be adjusted using clamping screws.
Several seals of the same thickness can be inserted in a single pass.
Attractive price and easy handling thanks to simple technology. A complex, controlled compression of the seals was deliberately avoided. The seals are cut 3 to 5 cm longer than the profile. This ensures sufficient length in case of any subsequent shrinkage of the seals.
After manual feeding, the profiles are automatically pulled through the device. When removing the profiles, the seals are cut off pneumatically by manually activating a push button.
