RU-AV Destacking device with synchronised transport wagon
This unit is placed next to an aluminum frame press in everyday use. The RU-AV can also be set up with other equipment such as sash fitting assembly tables or plastering equipment.
The RU-AV can, however, be assembled with a wide variety of systems such as a covering shell press or a sash bracket mounting table.
The system does not necessarily require a connection to the controls of the previous station.
The controls were developed by B&R, which collects the necessary data via sensors. The sorting of the frames can be combined with a specialised administration system, which allows the customer to see exactly which frame is in which wagon. When using this system we synchronise the wagon. There is another version in which we move the wagon ourselves. Depending on how much space is available, the appropriate system is selected.
