The device allows profiles to be placed on machines such as double mitre saws, foiling machines, stiffening machines, pre-laying magazines, machining centres etc. by one person alone.
Overhead lifting of the profiles is no longer necessary. The downtimes of the employees are reduced due to the ergonomic work. With heavy profiles, the 2nd employee is saved. The degree of utilisation of the subsequent machine on which the profile is placed is significantly increased.
The laying process can be optimally adapted to the conditions by means of adjustment options.
It is also possible to remove profile bars from the machine and place them back into the profile pallet.
