The Ruchser turn tilt table can be used for several different purposes as the assembly of the frame and sash as for glazing works.
Equipment:
- Tilting movement manual through a food pedal (RU-M, RU-4-M)
- Pneumatic tilting movement controlled via foot valve (RU-4)
- Rotation adjustable through foot brake
- Bottom ledges displaceable
- Sash assembly device (2 adjustable support rolls)
- Tool shelf
- Contact surface can be covered with felt, rubber or brush ledges
- Extendable working surface trough swivelling or plug able extensions
- Weatherboard cut out
- 2 tilt able support feet (RU-4, RU-4-M)
Accessory:
- Roller conveyor instead of bottom ledge
- 3 storage boxes each with 2 cases (not available for RU-M)
- Hydraulic hoist device, hoist 250 mm, with a food pump, working height 900 to 1.150 mm
- 2 transport rolls
- 4 castors, with stops
- 2 adjustable clamping devices for frames (RU-4, RU-4-M)
