This line is located in Norway at the company Lillerönning.
In everyday work, the employee sets the glass at station 1 and then selects the corresponding subsequent workstation via the control panel.
The 3 subsequent stations block the panes and mount the glazing beads or aluminum cover plates with dry seals.
The tilting table RU-MKS, which can be seen in the video, is used for the assembly of the aluminum cover shell while the other 2 assembly stations are lifting stations RU-S3E with pit on which the glazing beads are inserted.
The control system of the installation is from B&R company and has the possibility of remote maintenance.
